What You'll Be Doing:

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll handle a variety of inbound customer queries via live chat, telephone, and email. You'll play a key role in delivering clear, friendly, and efficient support - ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to queries about online accounts

  • Updating and maintaining customer information

  • Investigating and resolving account-related issues
