Turkish-Speaking Teaching Assistant Required - Warrington (ASAP Start)
We are seeking a Turkish-speaking Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Warrington as soon as possible.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their best. You will provide one-to-one or small group support, particularly for students who speak Turkish as their first language, helping bridge communication and learning gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
Support teaching and learning activities under the direction of the class teacher.
Assist with translation and communication between teachers, pupils, and parents where needed.
Encourage and promote the inclusion of all pupils.
Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
Fluency in Turkish and good spoken and written English.
Experience working with children (school experience preferred).
A patient, caring, and proactive attitude.
DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
