POSITION: Head of Air Conditioning
SALARY: Circa £60,000 + car allowance + benefits
Our client is seeking a dedicated and seasoned professional to assume responsibility for their air conditioning division, which has been operating successfully for approximately seven years. While the department has maintained a steady performance since its inception, it is now poised for further growth. The ideal candidate will lead its transformation, drive its expansion, and ensure alignment with the company's overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Surveying and Quoting Works
- Client Relationships Building
- Business Development of their air conditioning function
- Using CAFM System to manage quotations, track works, and streamline operations.
- Labour Management: Collaborating with the helpdesk team to effectively allocate and manage labour resources.
- Reporting KPIs: Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators via the CAFM system
- Team Culture Leadership
- Growth Focus: Driving the expansion of the air conditioning function in line with the overall business growth strategy.

- Proven experience in the air conditioning sector.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to survey and quote projects accurately.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and support the air conditioning team.
