Reed Warrington is exclusively recruiting for a leading healthcare client located in Warrington. My client has a requirement for an experienced Secretary / Administrator to cover 12 weeks on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will have previous secretarial / administration experience and be available to start immediately.
Salary: £25,057Working hours, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30 with 30 minutes for lunch (You can start at 08:00 or 09:00)Due to the nature of the role all 5 days are office based – No Hybrid working available
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced secretary to provide secretarial and administrative support within a leading specialist unit. The ideal candidate will have a secretarial background, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Duties:
- Audio typing, good typing speed, receive, record, and type documents, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Provide a confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative service.
- Attend and minute meetings as required.
- Maintain specified records to support tasks and monitor progress.
- Cover Reception duties as needed.
- Attend relevant department meetings
- Manage schedules
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Secretarial qualification and/or experience.
- Audio-typing experience is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
