The Role:

As a Graduate Trainee in Insolvency, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of corporate and personal insolvency cases. This is a rare opportunity to enter a specialist profession with full training and long-term career development, including support towards recognised professional qualifications (such as CPI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the administration of insolvency cases from start to finish

  • Communicating with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders

  • Preparing statutory reports and documentation

  • Conducting investigations into company financials and director conduct

  • Managing case files, deadlines, and compliance requirements

  • Supporting senior case administrators and insolvency practitioners

Candidate Requirements:
  • Predicted or achieved a strong university degree (2:1 or above preferred)

  • Excellent A-Level results (minimum AAB or equivalent preferred)

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Proactive, organised, and able to work well in a team

  • Keen to develop a career in insolvency and financial restructuring
