Remote Paraplanner (Diploma Level 4 Required)

As part of its growing remote team, it is seeking an experienced and qualified Paraplanner (minimum Diploma Level 4) who shares a passion for excellence, compliance, and client care.

Paraplanner Role Overview:

As a Remote Paraplanner, you'll play a critical role in supporting its Financial Advisers with accurate, well-researched, and compliant advice documentation. You will be responsible for the full paraplanning process, from research and suitability report writing to liaising with advisers and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

Paraplanner Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
  • Conduct in-depth product and provider research.
  • Support advisers with technical queries and case preparation.
  • Ensure all reports meet FCA compliance standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, legislation, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with administrative and advisory teams to ensure seamless client journeys.

Paraplanner Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ paraplanning experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with financial planning software (e.g. Voyant, FE Analytics etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
