What will you do?
Work closely with the Bid team, Key Account Managers, and other departments to help prepare and deliver strong bid proposals.
Help manage bids from start to finish, including submitting final documents and handling follow-ups.
Prepare templates and ensure all documents are complete, consistent, and error-free.
Keep bid systems and SharePoint updated with proposals, correspondence, and key documents.
Liaise with clients and third-party suppliers to collect information and pricing.
Track bid progress and deadlines using management tools, ensuring all requirements are met.
Assist with pre-qualification questionnaires, vendor forms, and booking new orders.
Maintain the content library and estimating database, ensuring all information is current and relevant.

You'll be working for one of the UK's leading design and build contractors, supporting major blue-chip clients across sectors such as water, energy, and pharmaceuticals.
What will you need?
Minimum 2 years administration experience or ideally experience in a similar role
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) - Essential
Full UK driving licence
