START TIMES BETWEEN: AM - 0400-0500 / PM 1700-2000
DAYS £15.00 - £18.00 PER HOUR
NIGHTS £18.00 - £20.00 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to join our well-established client based in Warrington.

Rates of Pay Per Hour
- £15.00 - Monday - Friday: 06.00 - 18:00
- £18.00 - Monday - Friday: 18.00 - 06.00
- £18.00 - Saturday & Sunday days
- £20.00 - Saturday & Sunday nights
Day to Day Duties
Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not be limited to:
- Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Night shift trunking / Day shift mixture of trunking/store deliveries
- Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
- Carry out vehicle inspections and report any faults to management
- Ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner
- Communicate any issues / delays effectively
- Abide by all working time rules and regulations
Essential Skills
As a Class 1 Driver you will need to:
- Hold a valid UK Category CE Licence
- Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving CE vehicles
- No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
- Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card
- Must be able to speak and read a good level of English
- Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills
- Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
- Effective communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial
Training
- Driver's Assessment will have to be completed
- After successful Assessment, there will be a two-day paid induction
