As the Head of Engineering, you will oversee the day to day running of the engineering department and be the technical authority signing off on P&IDs, documentation, and all other aspects of project work. You should have proven experience running a team, driving and implementing engineering strategy (including budgeting, R&D, compliance) and staff training. The right candidate should be a confident leader and excellent communicator.

Head of Engineering requirements:
- Degree level in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering (or similar)
- Proven technical management experience
- P&IDs
- Packaged/Process systems experience ideally high-pressure Gas or Fluid systems (or similar)
- Oil & Gas experience (highly desirable)
- Competitive salary up to £80K
- 24 days holiday + 8 statutory
