Experienced Aluminium TIG Welder/Fabricator

We are looking for a skilled Aluminium TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our bespoke manufacturing division, specialising in high-quality and bespoke products. In this role, you’ll work with aluminium extrusions, castings, and flat bars to produce precision-engineered products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

TIG weld and fabricate aluminium access platforms using a range of raw materials

Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Cut, shape, and assemble components using hand and power tools

Conduct quality checks to ensure all finished products meet required standards

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets and deadlines

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in aluminium TIG welding and fabrication

Ability to confidently interpret engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Relevant welding and fabrication qualifications

Pay & Benefits

£14.00–£15.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Overtime paid at x1.5

Full-time, permanent position
