Looking for a rewarding role as a T.A. in a lovely one form entry primary school in Warrington? Look no further!
We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring T.A. to join the welcoming school team. In this role, you will not only have the opportunity to provide whole class cover, but you will also have the chance to make a significant difference in the life of a child with additional physical and medical needs.
As a T.A. your primary responsibility will be to offer one-to-one support to this special student. A background in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or previous experience working as a 1:1 support would be highly beneficial. You will work closely with the student, providing them with the individual attention and support they require to thrive academically and socially.
Our ideal T.A. would be enthusiastic, patient, and empathetic. You should have a genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping every student reach their full potential. Adaptability and creativity are key, as you will often need to tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of the student you are supporting.
In addition to supporting this child with their individual needs, you will also have the opportunity to cover whole class lessons. This will provide our T.A. with a variety of experiences and the chance to develop your skills
