The Role
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide individualised support for pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to deliver tailored interventions and behaviour plans.
Help pupils develop confidence, self-esteem, and positive learning habits.
Create a calm, nurturing, and safe learning environment.
Encourage and model positive communication and conflict resolution.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
Experienced in supporting children or young people with additional behavioural or emotional needs.
Calm, patient, and empathetic, with the ability to build strong relationships and defuse challenging situations.
Able to work as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
