Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Warrington

The Role

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide individualised support for pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.

  • Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to deliver tailored interventions and behaviour plans.

  • Help pupils develop confidence, self-esteem, and positive learning habits.

  • Create a calm, nurturing, and safe learning environment.
