IT Business Partner required near Warrington, within a manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing division of a PLC, to act as the crucial link between the IT department and business units. This role demands a strategic thinker with proven experience in aligning IT services with business needs, managing key business applications (including vendor relationships), and driving technological innovation. Experience with ERP systems, SAP, Dynamics or similar Warehouse Management Solutions within a logistics environment is highly desirable. The position offers a salary of up to 60,000 plus a company car and bonus, with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable IT strategies that drive business success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across all business units.
- Business Application Leadership: Assume full IT ownership of critical business applications, managing support teams (internal and external) and ensuring optimal performance.
- Project Delivery: Lead and oversee IT projects for business units, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery that meets all defined requirements.
- Service Excellence: Guarantee the effective and efficient delivery of IT services that consistently meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Technology Innovation: Proactively identify and champion new and emerging technologies that can unlock business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Change Enablement: Support the business in effectively managing the transition and adoption of new technologies and associated process changes.
- Performance Management: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of IT services and projects, driving a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
