Location: Warrington
Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 20:00-06:00
Salary: 45,000 per annum
Are you an experienced warehouse or logistics professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a Night Operations Manager to oversee and lead our UK night operation, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe running across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the UK night operation
- Lead, motivate, and support night shift teams to achieve KPIs and service targets
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards
- Work closely with other departments to maintain seamless day-to-day operations
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Handle any operational issues promptly to minimise disruption
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or transport management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to travel when required
