Are you an organised, detail-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Portfolio Coordinator to join our operations team in Birchwood. This is a key role where you'll act as the central hub for project information, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple projects.

You'll manage compliance for new projects, oversee monthly processes, and provide clear, actionable updates to stakeholders. If you love turning complexity into clarity and building strong relationships, this role is for you.

Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum DOE
Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm - Early finish on a Friday!



What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate project data and financials in CMap.
  • Ensure timely contractor payments and client billing.
  • Drive project control processes from initiation to closure.
  • Standardise and produce essential project documentation.
  • Report performance trends and insights to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and support delivery teams.
  • Act as the escalation point for risks and issues.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a consultancy/sales environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex information simply and effectively.
  • Familiarity with project control processes and reporting.
