We are currently searching for a Site Supervisor for a 3-month contract on an industrial facility refurbishment scheme. You will join a busy team on this fast track project, assisting with the day-to-day management of the project.

Duties:

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to plan.
• Direct and support site workers, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks on-site.
• Inspect work to maintain high standards and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of tools and construction materials.
• Report daily activities, delays, and issues to senior management or project managers.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between different subcontractors and teams.

Required:

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential
• Experience working on busy fitout/refurbishment projects is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Available to start immediately
