Imperium Financial Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Trainee Corporate Insolvency Administratorto join a well-respected and growing firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual currently working in the IVA sector who is looking to transition into corporate insolvency and develop their career within a leading professional practice.

The Role:

As a Trainee Corporate Insolvency Administrator, you will support the team in managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Administrations, and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs). Full training will be provided, making this an ideal move for someone looking to grow in a specialist field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of corporate insolvency cases

  • Preparing statutory documents and reports

  • Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders

  • Conducting investigations and gathering financial information

  • Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with insolvency regulations

  • Supporting senior administrators and managers across a range of assignments

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience within the IVA sector, ideally with exposure to case management or client contact
