Our client is looking for a Building Services Engineer to be based in Warrington
This role is working on large scale refurbishment and maintenance projects on schools and public buildings.
Applicants must have experience of producing drawings on AutoCAD and have a Mechanical or Electrical qualification.
Pay is 40 per hour (inside of IR35)
37hrs per week
