Project Engineer

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer to be engaged on a contract basis in Warrington offering hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of water projects.
• 
  Support design development, technical reviews, and construction activities.
• 
  Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
• 
  Monitor project performance in terms of quality, cost, and schedule.
• 
  Provide technical input to resolve site issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Experience & Skills:

• 
  Solid understanding of engineering processes and construction practices.
• 
  Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• 
  Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• 
  Relevant qualifications in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering (or related field).
