Are you a CAD Technician from a construction background looking for a long-term, permanent role for a stable and secure company, offering a close-knit and friendly working environment with an excellent benefits package?
In this office-based role you will be designing and preparing CAD drawings for roofing structures using primarily AutoCAD 2D. Working in a team of 4, you will be handling a variety of projects at once, liaising with internal teams, and conducting site surveys.
Founded over 30 years ago, this company design, manufacturing and install their specialist roofing products across the UK, growing to one of the market leaders in their field. Supporting primarily the education, rail, and retail sectors they boast a strong past and stable future.
This role would suit a CAD Technician from a construction background looking to settle in a small team, working on CAD projects across the UK.
The Role:
- Designing and preparing CAD drawings for specialist roof structures
- Using AutoCAD 2D primarily, some Inventor with training given
- Working in a team of 4 in the office
- Conducting site surveys across the UK
- Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, finish at 4pm on Friday. 37 hours a week
