White Label Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading global engineering business based in Warrington who have an excellent name in the industry! They are now looking to take on an Internal Sales Person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own customer accounts and work closely with both internal and external colleagues to ensure smooth order processing, accurate quoting, and great customer service Process customer orders and enquiries efficiently
- Input data accurately into ERP system
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g. production, logistics) to meet customer requirements
- Prepare quotes
- Support customers with product information and delivery schedules
- Ensure quotes are issued on time and orders are fulfilled promptly
Person Requirments
- Previous experience in a customer service or internal sales role
- Any exposure to the engineering sector is a benefit but essential
- Strong commercial awareness - able to understand costings and margins
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and spreadsheets
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A team player who works well across departments
Salary & Package
- Salary between £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience
- 25 days holiday + 1 wellbeing day + bank holidays

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (with up to 1 hour flexibility)
Working Pattern: Primarily office-based, with hybrid working available 1-2 days per week if needed
