My market leading client, a prosperous SME located in Warrington Town Centre, are looking to recruit on a temporary to permanent basis a dedicated Office Administrator to join the small but successful office team. 

  • Salary - £25,000 
  • Working Hours: 08:40 – 16:50, Monday to Thursday 08:40 - 16:00 on Fridays - 36.25 hours per week
  • 100% Office Based
  • Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured office environment and possesses strong organisational and administrative skills. The position involves a variety of tasks including, general office administration, accounts related administration, handling phone calls, managing post, and maintaining accurate records.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answer phone calls, divert them appropriately or take messages.
  • Handle general office administration duties such as dealing with inbound and outbound post, photocopying, filing, and depositing money into the bank.
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and use Excel data to produce management reports.
  • Type up fee bids and issue tender queries on a Portal.
  • Type up invoices both manually and using AutoEntry.
  • Manage the overdue invoice procedure
  • Create timesheets for 16 field-based staff.
  • Perform other general office duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in general office administration.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
