I am pleased to be working alongside a trusted client within the financial sector, who are looking for an organised and experienced Office Administrator to join their business. The company offices are located in Birchwood, Warrington and they are hiring on a part-time, permanent basis. Again, this is a part-time role, which will be four days a week.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing important administrative support across the business, predominantly handling the onboarding of new clients and ensuring all relevant information and documentation is supplied and uploaded. They will provide general support to colleagues within the business, also assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Handling new client onboarding, ensuring all required documentation, including client identification, requested and collected in a timely manner
  • Complete in-depth ID and money laundering checks, ensuring any issues are flagged immediately
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring correct information is provided
  • Ensure checks are carried out in accordance with correct financial legislation (training will be provided)
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support, including raising invoices and inputting of timesheets

Specification:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential
  • An effective communicator, both written and verbally
  • Organisation and attention to detail is key to this role, so candidates must be able to evidence prior experience which points to both of these as skills
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office is essential, with experience working on Karbon or a similar email management system advantageous
