Senior Construction Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Project set up
- Point of contact between site management and senior project management teams
- Programme management
- Quality management
- Reporting upline toProject Manager
- Minimum 3 years Senior Construction Manager experience required
- Extensive Industrial & Logistics project experience
- CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certs
- Strong IT / reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills, written / spoken
Working on a 20m new build project, you will be No.2 on site responsible for the successful delivery of some complex refresh works. This is a red hotrole, we have interview slots next week, start on sitein June.
