Eventus Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Senior IFA Administrator to join an Independent Financial Advisory firm in Warrington, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and providing an exceptional client experience. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Senior IFA Administrator will provide support to the Practice to ensure that client relationships can be optimised and assist with the daily operation of the office. Day-to-day in this IFA job, you will:

  • Provide appropriate development and coaching support to team members.
  • Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Advisers and Practice.
  • Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
  • Deal effectively with all administration tasks including the accurate input of data onto Intelligent Office.
  • Assist with the preparation of client files including compliance required documentation; research; illustrations and supporting documentation when required.
  • Ensure that files are complete with all required client identification documentation and necessary forms.
  • Process applications accurately and record the required management information.
  • Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner.
  • Support the relationship of existing clients, developing knowledge of their circumstances to help grow business.
  • Be proactive in bringing new clients on board via referrals and promoting the services on offer.
  • Help clients to better understand the full potential of the firm’s products.
  • Gather feedback from clients to ensure they have been satisfied with service standards and note further business opportunities.
  • Provide support to the Valuations team when required, processing valuations.
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to clients.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused financial planning environment. The following skills and attributes are sought after from the incoming Senior IFA Administrator:

  • Prior experience of within a similar role, preferably within financial services or an IFA business.
  • Good all-round knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation.
  • Experience of client management systems such as Intelligent Office.
  • Experience of managing and creating workflow, systems, and procedures.
  • Excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly.
  • Works with total discretion at all times.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task.
  • Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times.
  • Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team.
  • Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving.
