Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000
Location: Warrington
About the Role:
We're working with one of our biggest consultancy clients on roles in the North West, looking for Project Managers who can be on site in Warrington 3 days a week. Projects include carbon capture, energy storage, SMRs, nuclear new build, and transmission & distribution. They're also open to candidates from infrastructure, power, energy, or civils background.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
- Writing designs and specifications.
- Deliver clear, concise project reports.
- Contract administration and project oversight.
- Producing feasibility studies and condition surveys.
- Take responsibility for tasks and act independently when required.
Role Requirements for the Project Manager:
- NEC Experience is preferred but not necessary
- Have already obtained or working towards chartership (RICS, APM)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
What's on offer for the Project Manager?
- A starting salary of between 45,000 to 55,000 dependant on experience.
- 25 days annual leave plus public
