Our client, a leading organisation in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their team in Warrington on a permanent basis!

Location: WarringtonFull-time, permanent role - on site and attended other sites frequentlySalary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, you will:

  • Attend Site Visits and assess and manage Quantity Surveyors.
  • Manage and submit monthly interim applications for payments, ensuring timely cash flow.
  • Raise and issue client invoices with precision and clarity.
  • Conduct cash flow and workload forecasting to support project planning.
  • Oversee internal and client programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform measurement and estimates to provide accurate project assessments.
  • Conduct thorough project cost assessments and reconciliations for financial integrity.
  • Produce and maintain pre-construction project budgets, adapting as necessary.
  • Attend client meetings to understand their requirements and transform them into actionable business strategies.
  • Navigate contract awareness and engage in negotiations to secure favourable terms.
  • Oversee and manage the Quantity Surveyors and Contract Managers.
  • Manage subcontract packages and ensure timely payments.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks to safeguard project success.
  • Oversee material and plant procurement to meet project timelines.
