As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping project success from inception to completion. You'll lead on cost planning, contract management, and strategic commercial advice, while building strong client relationships and influencing outcomes that drive real value.

Working on a wide range of projects, you'll have experience working for Main Contractors on large projects, and will have NEC & JCT project experience

What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects
  • Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments
  • Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability
  • Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business


What You'll Bring:

  • Degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
  • Main Contractor experience
  • Proven experience in both pre- and post-contract stages
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset
  • A proactive, results-driven approach and ability to lead
