About the Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to making placements-and filling temp booking .
You'll work closely with clients and candidates, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.You'll also play a key role in driving business development and achieving recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of Logistics roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessments.
- Negotiating offers and managing placements.and all temp business
- Achieving recruitment targets and contributing to business growth.
- Understanding industry trends and staying up-to-date on recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a the driving industry.
