Salary: £27k + £4,800 commission + benefits

Celsius Graduate Recruitment are delighted to be working with an online platform that gives schools instant access to fully vetted teachers and support staff. Since launching in 2017, they’ve already saved schools over £30 million — money that’s gone straight back to where it matters most.

Having just closed a $37m Series B round (the biggest EdTech funding round in Europe last year!), the company is scaling rapidly across the UK and US.  It’s an exciting time to join, make a real impact, and grow alongside our client.

The Role:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to:

  • Build and nurture relationships with schools and educators
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing candidates to placing them in rewarding roles
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with professionalism and integrity
  • Contribute to our client’s mission of improving education outcomes across the UK

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that combines sales, communication, and a passion for making a difference in education.

  • Through a mix of mentoring, workshops, and hands-on experience, you’ll learn:
  • Recruitment fundamentals and consultative sales techniques
  • How to develop a professional and ethical approach to client relationships
  • The inner workings of the education recruitment sector

We’re seeking graduates who are:

  • Motivated by sales and success
  • Inspired by education and helping others
  • Driven by professionalism and personal growth
  • Confident communicators with a positive, proactive attitude

No prior recruitment experience is necessary — just energy, ambition, and a genuine interest in education and people.
