We're working with a forward-thinking company that operates across multiple sectors, countries, and contracts - and they're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to be the backbone of their operations.

This is a standalone role where your coordination and admin skills will shine. You'll be supporting a small, close-knit team while playing a key role in the wider business.

Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm - with an early finish on Friday! (flexible where required)
Hybrid working - Friday WFH
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 - dependent on candidate experience

Daily Duties Include:

  • Own and manage responsibilities supporting multiple recruitment projects across various sectors
  • Track budgets, monitor risks, and manage project assets
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and events with candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to track progress
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and candidates
  • Support the creation of project plans and timelines

  • Confident communicator - both written and verbal
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a recruitment, sales environment within a coordination or administration role
