Control Systems Engineer
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Control Systems Engineer with a background in industrial automation to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and programming automation solutions using Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation), Siemens, and Mitsubishi control systems.

This role involves the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of control software for a wide range of industrial automation applications. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions across both in-house projects and client-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer:
- Design, develop, and test control software for machines and plant systems using PLCs and HMI interfaces.Â
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi control systems.Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate systems.Â
- Develop HMI/SCADA configurations tailored to specific project requirements.Â
- Â Create and maintain technical documentation, including FDS, system architecture, and user manuals.Â
- Participate in system upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement initiatives.Â
- Ensure software solutions meet safety, performance, and quality standards.Â

Requirements of the Control Systems Engineer:
- Bachelors degree in software engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Â
- Â 3 years of experience in control systems programming.
- Strong programming skills with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens TIA Portal and Mitsubishi iQ Developer / GX Works.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, etc.).Â
- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems (FactoryTalk, WinCC, etc.).Â
- Understanding of electrical schematics and control panel design is advantageous.Â
