The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to join a successful Mathematics Department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable). You will be committed to raising achievement, fostering a love of mathematics, and supporting students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their best.
  • Assess, monitor and report on student progress.
  • Contribute to the development of the Mathematics Department and whole-school initiatives.
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities where possible.

About You

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching maths.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
