Tradewind Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic High School Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the WA4 area of Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Role:
  • Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis within the school's dedicated SEN provision.

  • Working closely with teaching staff and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions.

  • Assisting in the development of educational and behavioural plans.

  • Encouraging student engagement, independence and academic progress.

Requirements:
