Tradewind Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic High School Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the WA4 area of Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Role:-
Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis within the school's dedicated SEN provision.

Working closely with teaching staff and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions.

Assisting in the development of educational and behavioural plans.

Encouraging student engagement, independence and academic progress.

Highly regarded secondary school with a strong reputation for student support.

Welcoming and supportive staff team.

Excellent on-site facilities and resources to support inclusive learning.

Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN (in school, youth work, or care settings).

A genuine interest in education and helping students reach their potential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
