Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary (with potential for Permanent role)
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Hours: 8.30am - 4.45pm with 45 min lunch. Option for 30 min lunch and 4.30pm finish.
Salary: 25-28k DOE
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients team on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors while maintaining the company's high service standards and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue customer service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle all incoming communications - including telephone calls, messages, emails, and texts - efficiently and within company charter timescales.
- Act professionally and courteously at all times when dealing with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the customer service system.
- Input data quickly and precisely to ensure service continuity and reporting accuracy.
- Produce concise and accurate written and numerical reports as required.
- Support the wider team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and numerical work.
- Proficient computer skills, including use of customer service or CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight timescales.
