Due to growth, my client who are a leader in the design and manufacture of electro-mechanical products for a range of industries are searching for an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator / Estimator to join their team.
You will work closely with the Area Sales team in a supporting role, producing accurate quotations in a timely & efficient manner. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and customers alike while building rapport, supporting quotations and information as required.
The Role:
- Title: Internal Sales Co-Ordinator / Estimator
- Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday
- Location: Warrington
- Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per Annum
Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Co-Ordinator / Estimator:
- Responsible for producing quotations in a timely efficient manner.
- Build & maintain relationships with customers and product suppliers.
- Produce AutoCAD 2D drawings if and when required to support the sales efforts.
- Report on number of quotations produced and values.
- Work with sales team to ensure cohesion between sales and client.
Skills and experience of the Internal Sales Co-Ordinator / Estimator:
- Engineering background or have worked in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Experience in AutoCAD 2D would be ideal but not a must.
- Conversant with MS Office Programs.
- The ability to explain processes and ideas.
- Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
