Our client is currently seeking experienced Utility Surveyors, Senior Utility Surveyors and Principal Utility Surveyors to join their dynamic team operating primarily in the West Midlands and the North. This is a permanent opportunity for motivated individuals with a strong background in utility surveying, particularly in mobile mapping and ground-penetrating radar (GPR).



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed utility surveys using advanced mobile mapping and GPR technologies
  • Collecting and analysing data to create accurate representations of underground utilities
  • Preparing comprehensive survey reports and delivering findings to stakeholders
  • Travelling to various project sites across the West Midlands and the North
  • Collaborating with teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of survey projects
  • Maintaining and calibrating survey equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices in the field
  • Providing technical expertise and support to junior team members


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in utility surveying with proficiency in mobile mapping and GPR techniques
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data accurately
  • Understanding of survey equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to various locations for project assignments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
