12-month initial contract
Hybrid working - Gaydon (3+ days pw onsite)
33.88 per hour (Inside IR35), 40 hours per week

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team
Job Description
As Supplier Quality Engineer, your main responsibilities are:
- Verifying & validating that suppliers and/or subcontractors have received engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements
- Monitoring quality control activities and systems, at supplier and subcontractor facilities
- Ensuring programs are in place, to improve supplier performance and productivity
- Reviewing and analysing corrective action reports, to reduce/eliminate defects.
- May perform deviation investigations into quality issues
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Recognised SME
- Experience of managing large projects or processes, with limited oversight
- Experience of coaching, reviewing and delegating work
- Problem solving - expected are difficult and often complex
- Must have a valid driving license and willing to travel within the UK, mostly Midlands
