Experience:

Must have experience at Programme Manager level
Business change / transformation / cultural change programme experience
Strong planning, Risks, Dependencies and Reporting
Programme governance
Financials / budget management etc

Desirable:

Any exposure in a regulated environment would be beneficial such as Utilities (Electricity / Gas / Water / Energy), Financial Services or Telecoms etc but not essential.
