As our Sous Chef you will

-To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,

-Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality

-Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player

-Self-motivated and good organisational skill

Live in position available.

Duties:

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and create innovative menus that meet quality standards
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising to maintain a productive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Assist in developing new recipes and techniques to enhance the menu offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace for optimal efficiency
