Location: Warwick
Hours: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:45, Friday 07:00-13:00 (39 hours/week)
Salary: Up to ?31,504 per annum

Overview:
We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company based in Warwick, supplying components to the Aerospace and Auto Sport sectors. They're looking to bring in experienced CNC Turning Setter/Operators to support growth on their day shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, family-run business with a strong reputation in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing:
_ Setting and operating CNC turning machines with FANUC controls.
_ Interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing to tight tolerances.
_ Uploading programs, setting tools, chucks, collets and fixtures.
_ Carrying out in-process inspections using micrometres, verniers and other precision instruments.
_ Recording measurements and ensuring parts meet drawing specs.
_ Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

What We're Looking For:
_ Ideally time-served with a recognised engineering apprenticeship.
_ Hands-on experience with FANUC-controlled CNC lathes and canned cycles.
_ Ability to read and understand detailed engineering drawings.
_ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
_ Comfortable with standard workshop measuring equipment.

_ Salary up to ?31,504 per annum (plus shift allowance).
