We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected client near Warwick for a Customer Service Assistants. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy in data entry and document management, alongside handling inbound calls and supporting client administration.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle both incoming and outbound telephone calls with customers.
  • Manage email inboxes, ensuring timely review, action, and follow-up.
  • Issue and cross-reference plan documents using various systems to generate documents and create customer records.
  • Manage changes to plan documents and process plan cancellations and redemptions.
  • Review and action Direct Debit reports, addressing both successful payments and issues such as unpaid or cancelled reports.
  • Schedule and manage meetings and follow up on direct web quotes to book appointments.
  • Contact customers to understand payment issues and follow up accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a busy administrative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in handling sensitive situations with accuracy and empathy.
