We're working with a market-leading business that's growing fast and investing in its people. They're now looking for a skilled Solar PV Electrician to join their installation team, working on a wide range of domestic and commercial solar PV projects across Warwickshire.

What the Solar PV Electrician will be doing:
- Installing, testing, and commissioning domestic and commercial solar PV systems
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Handling DC and AC circuits, inverters, isolators, and fault-finding
- Working with remote monitoring systems, data loggers, and mobile apps
- Following strict health and safety protocols, including RAMS and DNO requirements
- Reporting and escalating faulty equipment or installations where needed
- Travelling to sites regionally or nationally, depending on project scope
- Performing all aspects of electrical work in line with UK building regulations
The Solar PV Electrician will need:
- Time-served apprenticeship and/or full electrical qualifications
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (Essential)
- Recognised Solar PV qualification (City & Guilds 2399, LCL Awards Level 3, or BPEC)
- Experience in solar PV or wider renewable energy installations (training provided if needed)
- Knowledge of MCS Accreditation, G98/G99 grid connection regulations, and PAS 2030
- ECS Gold Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Full UK driving licence (up to 7 points accepted)
- Own set of tools
- A strong understanding of health & safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Passion for sustainability and innovative technology
What the Solar PV Electrician will receive:
- 45,000 per year
- Van and fuel card
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
