Client Manager

Space 8 Recruitment are pleased to be partnering a thriving Accountancy Practice in Warwick in search of an experienced Client Manager.  The Company This is a four Partner Practice with around 25-30 staff and two offices.  The Role 

• Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understanding clients' businesses and providing tailored advice.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Reviewing and finalising accounts, tax returns, and other financial reports.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
• Preparing and reviewing VAT returns and other compliance documents.
• Possessing strong technical skills in accounting, tax, and relevant software.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members.
• Overseeing the work of other team members and providing guidance.
• Conducting performance reviews and supporting team development.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and business growth.
• Contributing to the firm's overall business development strategy.
• Managing client billing and work-in-progress (WIP).
