Finance Manager
Warwick (On-Site, Full-Time)

I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Finance Manager position based in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant who is ready to step up and take real ownership of a finance function. The role is full-time, and you'll be working on-site, 5 days per week, so it's ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and embedded within the team.

What you'll be doing

Managing and developing the finance team, ensuring they achieve their objectives and grow with the business.

Leading the production of monthly management accounts and board packs.

Improving cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and forecasting across the group.

Identifying ways to streamline purchase and sales ledger processes.

Taking ownership of financial modelling for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Acting as the key contact for auditors and banks.

Ensuring compliance through accurate balance sheet reconciliations and tax returns.

Driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and controls.

What we're looking for

A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).

Strong technical accounting skills and experience in financial modelling.

A proven background in finance, including management experience.

Someone who thrives under pressure and can deliver to tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the business.

High proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Flexibility to travel occasionally to other UK sites if needed.
