Our client, a highly successful and growing wealth management practice, is seeking a proactive and professional Senior Financial Planning Administrator to provide vital support to its Financial Advisers and Paraplanning team. With a strong reputation for delivering fee-based advice to HNW clients, this firm offers a supportive, forward-thinking environment where you can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, compliant administrative support to Managers, Financial Planners, and clients.
  • Act as a central point of contact, ensuring an exceptional client service experience at all times.
  • Obtain provider information (LOAs), illustrations, and supporting documents for adviser and paraplanner use.
  • Run Risk Profiler results via FE Analytics.
  • Process new business efficiently, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Prepare valuation reports and performance documentation for client review meetings.
  • Liaise with providers directly or via platforms to ensure smooth submission and progress of cases.

About You:

  • Previous experience within Financial Services, ideally supporting IFAs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
