Chassis Dyno Engineer - 35927325 - £27.22/hr umbrella rate

What You Will Do:

- Operate the environmental chassis emissions dyno, including vehicle test preparation, emission test benches, and test reporting.

- Collaborate with laboratory customers, understanding and developing test methodology.

- Report and provide explanations of resulting test data based on customer requirements.

- Engage with key laboratory capabilities, liaising with customers to derive technical test requirements.

- Support all processes to defined H&S and other auditable requirements to ISO standards (16949, 14001, etc.).

- Transfer knowledge to new team associates, deriving and delivering equipment familiarisation.

What You Will Bring:

- Experience in AVL SCADA, PUMA, CAMEO & ETAS INCA, applied to manual and automated engine test facilities.

- Knowledge of ICE emissions measurement and evaluation, both in test bed and chassis dyno applications.

- Comprehensive understanding of engineering disciplines related to ICE systems.

- Ability to communicate and influence at an operational level.

- Proven track record working in a technically contributing role within an ICE engineering environment.
