Are you from a Human Factors background, and looking for the opportunity to showcase your skillset working for a niche specialist consultancy, where you will have the opportunity to continue your technical development through specialist training, whilst having routes to progress and lead projects in future?

On offer is a specialist position within a globally leading business, where you can take the technical lead consulting on projects from initial concept through to completion whilst having the ability to continue progressing your career within the business as you cement yourself as the go-to specialist for the company.
This industry leading business have been providing expert solutions to a range of clients for upwards of 6 decades working globally on specialist and niche projects and due to continued expansion they are looking to expand their team of technical experts.

On offer is a Human Factors Engineer position, where you will be the go-to within the project team for all ergonomics / human factors aspects of projects supporting the rest of the team and ensuring a continuous thought process towards the human factors within project limits

This role would suit someone from within Human Factors, looking for the opportunity to showcase their skillset working on interesting and cutting edge projects for a consultancy that push the boundaries of product design and development.

The Role:
*Planning, Leading and Considering all aspects of Human Factors in relation to product design and development
*Supporting the greater team with developing understanding of human factors
*Highly autonomous with excellent progression routes

The Person:
*Experienced Human Factors Specialist / Engineer
*Formal Qualification in Engineering / Human Factors or similar
*Full UK Drivers License
