Aspire People are looking for reliable and committed Supply Teachers to join our growing team, offering cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in schools throughout Warwick.

Whether you prefer the creative energy of Early Years or the structured learning of Key Stage 2, you'll have the choice to take on assignments that match your strengths. You'll be expected to deliver pre-set work, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure that children remain engaged and learning while their class teacher is away.

What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is non-negotiable.
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in your preferred year group, within UK schools.
Strong safeguarding knowledge - we need teachers who understand their duty of care and take it seriously.
Solid behaviour management skills - you should know how to lead a classroom with confidence and consistency.
A flexible, reliable attitude - supply teaching needs people who can adapt quickly and maintain high standards.
