- Assisting Partners and Senior Associates on catastrophic injury cases
- Working with a small and manageable caseload (8–12 files) to ensure you can provide the highest level of service to your clients—no burnout culture here.
- Focusing on quality over quantity—with no billing targets, the emphasis is on teamwork, client care, and long-term outcomes.
- Salary: £50,000+ DOE
